GALLERY INSTALLATION GUIDE
1. PREPARATION (Day 0, 2 hours)
- Clear gallery space to minimum 7 m x 5 m
- Protect floor with ram board or plywood
- Verify ceiling height minimum 3.5 m
- Set up stepladders or small scaffolding for crown installation
2. POSITIONING
- Unpack all 12 crates
- Position floor anchoring system (4 points)
- Align with gallery axes
3. ASSEMBLY SEQUENCE (3 days)
- Day 1: Install legs (L1, L2, L3, L4) and spider lower (S1, S2, S3, S4)
- Day 2: Install spider upper connections and crown (C1, C2, C3, C4)
- Day 3: Final floor connection, alignment, and closure
4. ANCHORING
- Indoor: Secure each leg using ratchet straps to ballasted base plates
- Outdoor: Secure each leg using M16 anchor bolts (2 per leg)
- Stability test: Lateral push test at 50 kg force
5. FINAL CHECK
- Check all shadow gaps (3-5 mm)
- Verify crown alignment (400 cm width, centered)
- Ensure no contact with walls
- Close all access hatches
